Terms of Service for Cater Espresso

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Cater Espresso platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Platform.

2. Services Provided

Cater Espresso provides a digital marketing suite & system for coffee catering companies which includes but is not limited to lead management, website builder, Google Ads training, and client communication tools.

3. Payments and Refunds

* The monthly subscription fee for the Platform is $97 and the annual subscription fee is $997.

* Payments are due upon sign-up and on the subsequent billing cycle.

* A 30-day money-back guarantee is provided. If a user is not satisfied within the first 30 days of service, they may request a full refund.

4. Limitation of Liability

* Cater Espresso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including, without limitation, damages for lost profits or business interruption.

5. Data and Privacy

* User data will be treated with confidentiality and won't be shared with third parties without user consent, except as required by law.

* Users agree to the collection and use of their information in accordance with Cater Espresso’s Privacy Policy.

6. Contact Credits and Additional Charges

* Users are provided with complimentary contact credits. Exceeding these credits will result in additional charges per text, call, or email.

* Costs associated with additional contact credits are clearly stated within the platform.

7. Termination

* Users can terminate their subscription at any time.

* Cater Espresso reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user's access to the Platform without notice, for conduct that Cater Espresso believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Platform, Cater Espresso, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Changes to Terms

* Cater Espresso reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

9. Disclaimer

* The Platform is provided "as is". Cater Espresso makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

10. Governing Law

* These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Cater Espresso is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
